So these here are my attempts at the walk cycles that were set for Easter. I rotoscoped the walks and then used the rotoscopes as reference for the animations. This approach resulted in a bit of whacky timing. Next time I'll try the four key poses and then drawing the inbetweens. Also, I stumbled on a problem with keeping the proportions consistant, resulting in an unintended stretch and squash effect. maybe I should use reference lines next time, especially for when it comes to the head moving up and done. Still, it's only my second time animating in flash so I'm pleased at that.
